“I am a consultant to a moving company and I am developing a pricing model that will be automated. I have data going back two years to share. The company operates numerous branches and sells moves based upon two man rates per hour. Each market is priced differently and the data contains book date, price per hour, move date etc. I need a recommendation on a pricing algorithm which would be based upon a statistical analysis of the data. I would like to maximize price and number of moves understanding that each branch has a limited number of trucks and slots per day available.”
